Knife Grinding Service
At Corrugated Profiles Inc. Custom Moulder and Shaper Knife Grinding Service, we strive to produce the most accurate knives for our clients while providing a quick turnaround time for custom knives. We offer several grades of knife steel at different price points to accommodate your specific projects. Our knives are ground at a 10mm (.394") axial constant and are balanced to within 1/10 of a gram from each other. All knives are measured on a Weinig OptiControl measuring stand for accuracy. Along with squaring the knife ends, we also deburr and polish them for your safety and comfort. “Here is an example of pricing for a custom knife order: a moulding that is 2 1/2” wide and has a depth of profile of 1/2” would equal 2 1/2” of steel plus 3/4” (10mm on each end for axial) times 2 knives. That would equal 6” of steel at 2” x $20.00 per inch in M2. This would sub total to $120.00 plus $30.00 for the template totaling $150.00 (plus sales tax for Florida businesses) plus shipping. If your order is over $750.00 the shipping is free in the Continental USA via UPS Ground.”

3/16” cast acrylic template engraved with your name and pattern identification along with CAD drawing. Templates can be produced per your e-mailed CAD drawing to info@corrugatedprofiles.com, faxed drawing (with overall thickness and width dimensions) to 561-748-8137 or from a sample mailed to 13388 157th Court North, Jupiter, FL 33478. Our templates are produced with a 10mm (.394) axial constant, unless otherwise specified.
